I have gone to great lengths to take care of these figures which have been stored in a smoke free home. I am selling almost all of my collection so please see my other auctions and check back often as I will continually add new figures. I currently have nearly 1,000 figures consisting mainly of SPAWN and other McFarlane favorites including Movie Maniacs, Tortured Souls, Matrix, KISS, T3, Monsters, etc. I am also a “completest†so not only do I have most of the figures, but also most if not all of the variants. I am a MOMC collector so the majority of my figs fit that category. I will specify anything different. This auction is from Todd McFarlane's Tortured Souls line of figures. This is the Scythe Meister 12" figure and he is signed by both Todd McFarlane AND Torutured Souls creator Clive Barker!!!! The signatures were obtained by me during their combined signing at Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles on December 7, 2002 to promote the release of Tortured Souls 2. He is Mint in Mint Box. I have additional 12" Tortured Souls figures, so please see my other auctions. Don't hesitate to ask any questions. BIDDERS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: I accept Paypal, money orders or cashiers checks only, no personal checks. Money orders are available at any bank or even 7-11, so they are pretty easy to come by. I apologize if it is an inconvenience that I don’t accept personal checks, but they have proven to be a problem in the past. PAYPAL: Those using Paypal must pay within 48 hours of end of auction. MONEY ORDERS / CASHIERS CHECKS: Money orders and cashiers checks should be sent to the address on your Ebay invoice. If for some reason the address does not appear, please let me know and I will be happy to send it to you. All money orders / cashier checks must be delivered to me no later than 7 days after auction end. SHIPPING TERMS: Shipping is flat rate within the Continental US. Shipping to other countries will be calculated after purchase, once the buyer has provided the shipping information. I am not out to make a profit on shipping, just to cover my costs of the shipping and the packing material. Shipping is done via UPS Ground with insurance. Other shipping arrangements can be arranged after purchase at the request of the buyer if preferred. I will ship your item typically within 2 business days of receiving payment. If for ANY reason this varies, I will let you know. Since my shipping is done via UPS, I will gladly email you a tracking number after shipment is made upon request. Insurance will be optional and at an additional expense if requested. ***I will combine shipping costs if multiple items are purchased.
