The packs will be opened with the Virtual Prize codes removed but will otherwise be unsearched. You'll get nearly 300 cards still in the packs, but NO CODES! You are bidding on an unsealed box of Haunted Woods Neopets cards. The box is unsealed, and all the packs were opened to remove the virtual prize codes. Other than removing the codes, the packs are unsearched and will still contain 1 holo per 3 packs on average.
